Started in construction in 1995 as a laborer for Fluor.
Worked through the civil crafts for several years and was promoted to party Chief in 1998. Continued in Survey role for 4 additional years moving from Fluor to Cajun in 2000. In 2002 I was promoted to superintendent. In 2004 I was promoted to a Construction Manager. In 2006 I moved to a site manager. 2007 I was promoted to a PM. In 2009 a senior PM. In 2010 a project director overseeing the capital project at Chevron Pascagoula until 2013. In 2014 I was the director of the Sasol project my first billion-dollar project to oversee. In 2019 I left Cajun and was the founder of Baker Gulf Coast Industrial. We wrote the business plan in early 2019 and started the company in May of 2019. I now serve as the Vice President of BGCI, and we are building our second LNG ISBL facility. The current contract sits at 1.7 billion dollars.
